Ian studied Environmental Design at CU Boulder before graduating and moving up to the mountains in 2005 to start his career in 3D Modeling. After mastering every aspect of architectural modeling, from hand built models to 3D printing, he followed his curiosities toward 3D laser scanning. Being familiar with the demands of Architects and Developers, Ian understands the importance of getting the whole picture plus all the critical details right from the very start. He is proficient with the Leica BLK360 G2 laser, useful for precise dimensional detailing, and the Matterport pro3, useful for Real Estate and walk-through imaging. His background in Architecture allows him to pull everything together into a complete package of ready-to-use Revit or CAD files.

With a unique perspective on local life and a genuine appreciation for those who come to experience this remarkable destination, he bridges both worlds effortlessly. After 12 successful years in a major city, where he built a career in production and earned an Emmy, Brady returned to his hometown with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
